Project Completed :-

(1) Biological reclamation of coal mines spoil dump at
Brajaraj Nagar of Mahanadi coal field by use of paper mill waste and fly ash, Sponsored by Dept. of Biotechnology, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur.
Project cost Rs. 5.6 laks, Period 1997 to 1999

(2) Studies of land use pertain of Sukinda valley chromite mines sponsored by Orissa State Pollution Control Board.
Project Cost Rs. 1.2 laks, Period 1999 to 2000

(3) Management of municipality solid waste by vermi
Technology at NAC, Khurd sponsored by Orissa State Pollution Control Board. Project Cost Rs. 1.2 laks, Period 1999 to 2000.

(4) Biological celamation of coal mines spoil dump
and waste vacant land by utilization of fly ash through plantation of medicinal and multispecies plants, sponsored by Central Fuel Research Institute (CFRI), Dhanbad,
Project Cost Rs. 64.8 laks, Period 2001 to 2002 &
Rs. 29.2 laks for the period 2002 - 2003.
On going Research Project :- Multi Utilization of fly Ash in Agriculture and bricks making Biodiesel.
Waste land reclamation.

Research and Working Experience :


(a) Research experience :-

3 years research experience as a full time research scholar on a
project "Aquatic chemical pollution load and its removal in the river Brahmani in Sambalpur University under Prof. A. Nayak and Prof. B. K. Sinha. The said project was sponsored by Ministry of Environment and Forest Govt . of India.

(b) Working Experience :(16th year six months)

Worked as Environmental Scientist and head of Environmental
dept of the following organisations.

v Indian Charge Chrome Ltd. (Charge Chrome and power plant at
Choudwar)
v Hindustan Zinc Ltd at Chandariya zinc lead smelter plant,
Chittoragarh.
v Chrome ore mining Division of M/s FACOR LTD.
v M/s. NATUR CARE, an Environmental Consultancy firm at
Bhubaneswar.

Presented a paper " A case study of waste land reclamation of Boula chomite mines " at its 86th session of the Indian Science congress Association being held in Chennai January 3 to 7, 1999.
